Dangerous goods or hazardous materials require special packaging, marking, labelling and documentation. These shipments must comply with the United Kingdom Department of Transport rules and regulations. If you would like further information, contact: http://www.dft.gov.uk .

All goods must be wrapped in appropriate packaging. Though Bazrgan International, upon request, can happily provide this service.

Bazrgan International, upon request, can insure all goods and cargos with third party insurance firms. Hence, any insurance claims will be settled upon and according to the third party insurance firm's decision.

Bazrgan International cannot be held responsible for any compensation, in case of delay or service disruption by Bazrgan International due to unforeseen circumstances such natural disaster or political unrest in Iraq or any other route related to the cargo.

All rate quotations are effective for 30 days. Rates are not applicable when dimensions or service requested is different from that specified in this request.

Payment terms are individually determined for each customer. You will be notified prior to the shipment being picked up as to when payment is due. If you have been granted credit terms and they are not met, the freight charges are subject to a service charge of 1.5% per month on the unpaid balance.

Bazrgan reserves the right to deny credit terms to any person or company whose credit history shows late or non-payment of debt, no credit or limited credit experience, and/or our company's experience.

Failure to pay billed charges may result in a lien on future shipments for freight charges, advances, storage, and related costs.

We reserve the right to demand full payment for the freight charges prior to filing any insurance claim with the appropriate insurance firm or carrier.

All C.O.D. checks are to be made payable to Bazrgan International.
